Counseling Rates / Insurance
Counseling Rates
- $80 per 60-minute session in the office.
- An additional $10 is charged for work with the horses
Longer sessions may be requested and will be charged on a 15 minute increment. It is common to schedule 3 hour sessions when working with the horses or difficult emotional situations.
Insurance
Although insurance is not accepted at this time, many insurance companies will reimburse you for the cost of therapy if you open a claim with them and submit receipts.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the 50% of the cost of the session.
Storm delays follow the same policy as El Paso County District 38 school cancellation policy. Call for confirmation on storm days.
