Finding Peace:

Healing Trauma & Life Losses

 July 27 - 29, 2012

Trauma & grief/loss are very individual experiences that can keep us from moving forward in our life.  Often we are not even aware of the roots of the issue, we just know that we feel despair, anxious, depressed, afraid, or just plain flat.  Often your experiences of joy & peace can be elusive, or brief at best.

During this three-day seminar, you will play with horses and explore your deepening self awareness in a safe, non-judgmental, & healing atmosphere.  You will learn how to:

  • Discover the blocks that keep you from moving forward
  • Deal with one issue at a time
  • Heal wounds using your own innate wisdom
  • Recognize & stop the critical voices in your head
  • Establish & maintain effective boundaries
  • Engage your emotional intelligence
  • Apply "horse wisdom" to your life challenges
  • Discover new tools to heal and move forward

This seminar is limited to 10 participants.  If you have questions, feel free to call 719.210.0668 or email  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Transition Ceremony

Wed, February 29, 6:00 PM

Transition Ceremony: Ritual is a very important part of our human experience that is often overlooked.

Incorporating ritual into significant transitions in our life can help us to let go of old energy and thought patterns, clearing the way for new beginnings and new growth.  Please join me as a witness in my transition ceremony to release my old life pattern as a data network engineer and embrace my new vocation as a  professional counselor and horse trainer on Wed, Feb 29, 2012.  The ceremony will be held in the indoor arena at 3530 Doolittle Rd, Monument, CO 80132.  Dress in layers as the arena can be chilly, but the bunk house next door will have an inviting fire in the stove.  Snacks and beverages will be provided after the ceremony.  If you are interested in drumming, please bring your drum, rattle, or other rhythm instrument and we will celebrate with music.  Please RSVP to This email address is being protected from spambots.
